TO DAIRY FAttMERS AND CAPITALISTS MESSRS COUCHMAN & STUART have been instructed by John Handle?, Esq., to sell, by Public Tender, the well-known Okehu Estate, situate at Okehu, 7 miles by rail from Wanganui, The property consists of parts of Blocks 51 and 42, on the Waitotara County public map, and comprises about 800 acres, of the very finest soil for grazing, fruit growing, or crops that are to be found in the district. The Township of Tewksbury is located in the centre of the property, which ib beautifully situated about a mile from the sea coast. There is also a substantially built House of 10 rooms, Stables, Outhouses, Stockjp.rls, Orchards, &c. The property is well an<? securely fenced, and divided into sixteen spaciouß paddocks, and the quality of soil is uniformly good throughout.
