The Kasi?r, addressing the troops at the review iv Berlin, said he w as surprised the Army Bill had boen rejected. Ho had expected more patriotism would have been shown by the members. If the new Koictatag rejected the Bill ho was prepared to enforce its passage a3 he was convinced of its necessity.
