GREAT FIRE.
TOWN OF VANCOUVER DESTROYED. A THOUSAND PERSONS BENDERED HOMELESS, (rectbr's telegrams.) (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH— COPYRIGHT.) (Received June 16, 7.46 p.m.) Ottawa, June 15. Telegrams are to hand announcing the total destruction by fire of Vancouver, a town on the Canadian Pacific Railway. Upwards of a thousand persons have been rendered homeless by the conflagration.
