(By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) WASHINGTON, May 9. ’ The president of the Congress of Industrial Organisations, Mr. Murray, in a speech to the United Steel Workers’ convention in Cleveland, endorsed President Roosevelt’s candidature for a fourth term. He said an overwhelming majority of the people, regardless of political affiliation, demanded his reelection. “No man in. our lifetime,” he added, “has rendered greater service to his nation.”
