“THUNDER BIRDS” “Thunder Birds” will be finally shown tonight, “FRONTIER FURY” The high standard of the State Theatre midweek programmes is well known to picture patrons and the management are determined to uphold the reputation of this popular picture house in this connection. Despite the difficulty in obtaining continuous supplies of high grade pictures the management arc able to provide the class of entertainment which the public demands. Tomorrow night the programme will bo headed by two outstanding dramas of the wide open spaces. “Frontier Fury" is the story of the West told amid appealing surroundings and with acting of a high standard. “The Riders of the North-West Mounted” graphically presents a page out of the life of those men who kept law and order among the most lawless of desperate men who are nearly always only one jump ahead of the law.
