Weather dull, with scattered rain gradually becoming more general. Moderate temperatures. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Unsettled. LOCAL REPORTS. Miss A. M. Brown reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. yesterday:—Barograph 30.15; shade temperature, maximum 49.4, minimum 32.3, terrestial 24.2; sunshine 3 hours 20 minutes; rain, trace; frost. 6.2 degrees. Miss Brown reports as follows for the [ 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today:—Baro-1 graph 30.02; shade temperature, maximum 50. minimum 25.1, terrestial 17.3; sunshine, 6 hours 42 minutes; frost, 13.1 degrees.
