FATAL CRASHES

FIVE AIR TRAINEES KILLED IN N.S.W. FOUR OTHERS INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day. 9.20 a.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. Five Air Force trainees were killed in three plane crashes yesterday in southern New South Wales, and four others were injured. Two machines, each containing two trainees, crashed in bad weather near Wagga and all were killed. The other plane crashed on a tree, near Cootamundra. when making a forced landing, killing the pilot and injuring his four companions.
