APPLE JUICE

REFINES THE SKIN. Sufferers from enlarged pores, and also those who wish to refine their skin, will receive excellent benefit from an apple pulp massage. Stew the apples very slowly until they are soft, but not mashy, as if they reach this stage all the goodness will have been lost. Last thing at night cleanse your face with cleansing cream, and then, just before going ot bed, massage the apple pulp well into the skin. Wipe the surplus lightly from the face and allow the juice to dry on the skin and to remain on all night. In the morning wash the face as usual. A skin which is always oily will readily respond to a simple apple treatment. Cut a ripe apple in halves and rub it well into the skin prior to applying your cream or any other make-up.
