January 3. , The Estonian steamer Mina, of 1173 tons, with a crew of 17. bound to the North Sea. has not been reported since December 11, states a message from Tallinn. Statistics compiled by the Norwegian Government, a radio message states, show that 24 Norwegian merchant ships have been destroyed by mines or torpedoes since the war began. Ninety-nine seamen have lost their lives.
