The “Daily Telegraph" says an Anglo-Polish military and economic agreement is imminent, under which England and France respectively will provide a £5,000.000 and a £3.500.000 fund to strengthen Polish finances in order to enable her to maintain her army in a state of mobilisation. Britain. in addition, will provide a credit of £8.000.000 for the purchase of war and raw materials.
