EKETAHUNA

FALL OF SNOW (“Times-Age” Special.) A heavy fall; of snow occurred last night in Eketahuna, and early this morning the hills were covered with a white mantle. Rain came later in the morning and is melting much oi the snow. The conditions are very cold and stock are feeling the effects very much. Rainfall. The rainfall registered in Eketahuna for the six months ended June 30 was 16.03 inches. In June rain fell on 10 days with a total fall of 4.59 inches. For July rain has fallen on 9 days with a total to date being just on 4 inches.
