ordinary monthly meeting of above W> T held uo Saturday last. Present, Messrs J ti Cox chairman, J Donald, J disherison, K Barton, and J Candy. The minutes of tbe last meeting having been read and confirmed, the treasurer icpoited £l3 13s 10J to credit of school fund. A tetter was received from the Education Board agreeing to appoint Mrs Craig as sewing mistress at a salary of £o per annum.
The chairman reported be had seen Mrs Craig, who had declined to accept so small a sum. The committee decided to supplement the sum by L 6 and the chaumau waa asked to arrange with Mrs Craig. The head master reported the attendance for the past mouth at ISO. the highest yot recorded.
