Death of Mrs G. Wall.

Martinborongh was thrown into a state of considerable gloom on Saturday, when it was announced iu the township that the wife of Mr G. Wall, ot Riverside, an old and respected settler in that district, had rather unexpectedly departed this life. Mrs Wall, who had been ailing (or some time, became suddenly worse on Monday last, and finally succumbed to the disease (inflammation of the lungs) with which she was attacked at two p.m. on Saturday. Dr Bey had been attending the deceaeed lady daring the week. Great sympathy is felt for Mr Wall and hia large family iu their bereavement. The funeral takec place at Maryborough tomorrow (Tuesday).
