The decision of the Committee, or whoever they may appoint, shall, in all cases of dispute, be final ; and all appeals shall be made within a quarter of an hour after the event. In the event of the weather proving unfavorable, the Committee shall have it in their power to postpone the Sports from day to day. Admission Is; children under 12, half price.
