THE 21.3 PRELIMINARY NOTICELAND SALE AT GISBORNE IN or about the month of MARCH, the first of a senes of of sales of Town, Rural and Satborban Lands situate in and around the town of Gisborne, will be held. The lauds offered will be sold for Cash, and on deferred payments. At this sale a limited quantity of land will be offered, comprising all the "above classes, and subdivided into blocks of convenient size, specially cut up with a view to offer the greatest advantage to intending settlers.
