INCREASE IN LICENSES

MOTOR VEHICLES IN NEW ZEALAND. Eight per cent increase is shown by official figures lip to 30th September in the number of motor vehicles licensed in the Dominion. Commercial vehicle licenses have shown a substantial increase, 2523 in the North Island and 1285 in the South Island.
