The young Tasman fliers, MessrsR. G. Whitehead and E. R. Nicholl, will appear voluntarily in the Auckland Police Court this morning lib\ answer three charges rising out of their recent flight from Houtfora. Beach, North Auckland, to in an unregistered and unlicensed machino, following their trip from Australia. Before leaving Wellington by train for Auckland on Thursday, they were advised that they were to be prosecuted, and on arrival yesterday morning they reported tor jfehgpolice in Auckland, intimating thatthey would appear voluntarily to save the issue of summonses. They also indicated they would plead guilty to the charges. Three charges are to be preferred against each of the fliers, (all alleging breaches of the regulations under the Air Navigation Act.
