PURSUANT to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court ot New Zealand at Hamilton on the Thirtieth day of November, 1934 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the above named, Ernest Williams McCarter, who died on or about the eighth day of October, 1934, and Probate of whose will was granted on the ninth day of November, 1934, are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof to his Executors, The Giiardian Trust and Executors Company af New Zealand, Limited, .and Selwyn Stanley Preston, at the office cf Messrs McCarter and Preston Solicitors, Te Awamutu, on or before the thirty-first day of December 1934.
