GOLDEN HONEYMOONS
Five couples Avho in 1884 spent their honeymoon at.Ramsgate returned there recently to celebrate their wedding anniversaries as guests of the tOAA r n. They Avere Mr and Mrs Charles Redway, of Putney; Mr and Mrs R. Gibbs, of Westminster; Mr and Mrs W. BarloAv, of Streatham; Mr and Mrs Pepper, of Islington; and Mr and Mrs F. Barnes, of Hornchurch, Essex. They were welcomed by the Mayor, and croAvds cheered them as they droA r e through the town in cars decorated Avith golden ribbons.
