(Before Mr F. H. Levien, S.M.) The following- undefended civil debt cases were disposed cf at the Te Awamutu S.M. Court on Wednesday, when Mr F. H. Levien entered judgment for plaintiff, in each case, with costs:—

Acme Rubber Co., Ltd., v. J. N. Williams, claim £l9 14s 6d, costs £2 16s.

Jas. Walker, Ltd., v. A. Bremner, claim. £7 3s 6d, costs £1 13s 6d. Kawa Drainage Board v. B. Guy, claim £3l 10s sd, costs £4 12s 6d. Great Value Stores v. A. E. Dc.wding, claim £5 7s Bd, costs £1 12s 6d.

M. Donaldson v. D. Dallas, claim £4 5s 9d, costs £1 5s 6d. C. T. Rickit and Sons, Ltd., v. Waitomo Timber and Joinery Co., claim 6d (balance). JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.

Dominion Breweries Ltd. v. G. J. Carter, hairdresser, Te Awamutu, claim £7 4s.—Defendant gave particulars of his earnings and expenses s-iftce the date of the judgment, and his Worship decided to make no order at present, but advised Cai’ter to make an effort to liquidate his liabilit|y as soon as possible a-s costs were mounting up. Wallace Supplies Ltd., v. E. N. Fowler, sharemilker, Te Kawa, claim £34 16s Id.—Defendant’s counsel handed in a written statement of his receipts and outgoings, and consented to an order for payment at the rate of £1 per mionth, with £5 per month during the height of the dairying season.
