"The Unemployment is strongly of the opinion that the present taxation is well up to the limit that the country can stand, and is framing a policy to live within the income now provided," said Mr J. S. Jessey, deputy-chairman of the board, in Christchurch the other day. "Certainly there will be some drastic changes in the No. 5 scheme early in the new year."
