Mr and Mrs E. H. Vincent returned 'to Te Awamutu on Monday. Mr and Mrs W. McKenzie, of Te Awamutu, motored to Auckland on Tuesday to meet friends of Mr McKenzie from China, Avho have been on furlough touring New Zealand for the past month or so-.and were leaving by the Mariposa, en route to America), where the tourist takes up an important Chinese Government appointment in New York. Mr F. H. Levien, S.M., is to preside at next Monday's local sitting of the •Magistrate's Court at Te Awamutu, as Mr Wyvern Wilson, S.M., is On libiiday.
