NO STUTTER
We shall continue to act promptly and firmly, with no stutter in the national voice. If we are to succeed in the near future in grappling with every one of the national and Continental tasks which burden our shoulders we must overcome the shortsighted follies of a distorted economic nationalism. I have no misgivings as to my political past or my political present. What matter* to-day is the bread and butter of the people, not doctrine.—Mr Runciman.
