THE BRAVE MAN.
Jones, who had been spending a convivial evening with friends, invited them to his house for a final drink. The friends, knowing Mrs Jones, demurred. "You come along," said Jones. "I am Julius Caesar in my own house! " On arriving at the door the friends again suggested a postponement. "You come along in!" said Jones opening the door. "I tell you I'm Julius Caesar here." " Yes, boys, come in," said the voice of Mrs Jones. " Come in. You will find whisky, gin and soda on the sideboard. Help yourself. As for you, Julius Caesar, you go to bed."
