LABOUR M.P.’S HOWLED DOWN. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Unprecedented scenes were witnessed in the entrance to Parliament House to-day, when 50 unemployed sought to interview the Prime Minister. Mr Forbes was unable to see the men, but they remained in the doorway, angrily criticising Parliament. There were six policemen in attendance. A motoion that Parliament Buildings be picketed, and the Prime Ministed bailed up in the grounds, lapsed for want of a seconder. Labour members who sought to placate the men were howled down. Eventually Mr Jordan, M.P., untertook to try to arrange an interview with Mr Forbes this afternoon.
