KIHIKIHI HONOURED
VISIT OF RT. REV. G. BUDD.
At the social given in the Kihikihi Presbyterian Church on Saturday evening in honour of Rt. Rev. Geo. Budd, there was a good attendance. Rev. W. Butterworth cordially welcomed the reverend guest to the parish, after which the choir rendered an anthem. Rev. Budd then gave a very interesting address' on his travels and duties as Moderator of the Presbyterian Assembly. A pleasant evening was concluded with a sumptuous supper. On Sunday evening the church was packed, people having come from Korakonui, Hairini and Te Awamutu to hear a most inspiring address by Mr Budd. The service and hymns were also appropriate.
