It is notified to-day that the Inspector of Stock at Te Awamutu will be on leave during the period between the end of this week and April 19th. In his absence cases of stock troubles if reported to the Te Kuiti inspector will be promptly investigated by depermanent officials from the southern centre, and Mr W. Finlay, at Te Awamutu, will deal with necessary permits during the local inspector's absence.
