Sir,—l am pleased that someone has taken up this matter, and so will many others be. It is sinfully disgraceful the way the dairy farmer is not catefred for or considered, and "-Mr Jack Frost's " remarks are very heartily endorsed by his fellow sufferers. Many'times I have been to the Te Awamutu yards wanting cows and heifers, and have had to leave before they were put up—for the cowis at home were waiting. It is quite time the muqh despised dairy farmers of the district put their heads together and originated some private scheme for the sale of dairy stock, quite independent oftfthe ordinary sale yards, for the auctioneering companies evidently don't want the business.—l am, etc ONE OF MANY.
