TE. AWAMUTU—-THURSDAY. (Before Mr F. H. Levein, S.M.) The following civil cases were dealt with, at the local S.M. Court this morning by Mr F. H. Levein, and in the absence, of defendants judgment was entered for plaintiffs, with costs, in each case:— State Advances Superintendent v. R. H. Hildreth, claim £8 is Bd, amd costs 17s. Chasi. Barton v. J. Hayes, claim £9 15s, and costs £1 10s 6d. E. J. Owen v. Tapara Teremai, claim £5 13s 4d, and costs £1 18s 6d. G. C. Hodgson v. F. Laskev. claim £lO Is Bd, and costs £2 6s 6d. E. J. Owen v. A. Ormsby, claim £l3 19s lOd, and costs £2 14s. Waipa County Council v. J. H. Davidson, claim £26 3s 7d and costs £4 Is 6d. Marsh and Webber v.. Henry Dwen, jun., claim' £2, colsts 15s 6d. Advance Cars Ltd. v. G. Mold, £3 5s 3d, and costs £1 5s 6d. '
