The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company reports having held the usual weekly sale in Te Awamutu on Thursday. There was a smaller yarding of cattle than usual, but a good entry of sheep and pigs. Light fat steers realised £lO, medium fat cows £7 lis to £3 2s, lighter £6 13s to £7, plain unfinished £5 5s to £5 17s od, fresh stores £3 10s to £4 ss, others £2 [is to £2 17s Cd, good Jersey heifer calves £3 7s 6d to £4 6s, smaller £2 to £2 10s, 2-year heifers in calf £7 17s 6d, heavy fat lambs 26s 6d, fat ewes and wethers 27s Id, forward-conditioned lambs 20s Bd, 2,4, and 6-tooth breeding ewv4 30s 3d, 2 and 4-tooth ewes running with rams 27s 6d, 2 and 4tooth store wethers 24s 6d to 24s Bd, small 16s 9d, good shorn store lambs 16s 4d to 18s, woolly store lambs 16s 4s to 16s 7d, cull lambs lis Id, porkers £2 Bs. good stores 22s to 335, best weaneVs 10s to 15s 6d, smaller 5s to 9s.
