TOOLEY STREET'AND THE DAIRY BOARD. In the "Memorandum of Instructions" issued by the Dairy Control Board to' London produce merchants there'are 21 clauses. The .first clause states' that mfinimum prices for sales will he fixed from time to timel as found necessary by the London office of the Dairy 'Board after consultation with agents. Minimum prices are to be fixed only for finest and first-gr£de "and finest and first-grade cheese.
