Mr Coates in reply, says he will be glad to give the Association’s representations careful consideration when licensing legislation is next under review. This did not meet the Association’sviews, and it wrote again maintaining that the question was of first importance, and should be made tbe subject of special consideration by Cabinet at the earliest possible moment.
