MORRINSVILLE’S STATION.
AN EXTENSIVE . WORK. MORRINSVILLE. Friday. Definite information is at last available regarding the new station site, a plan of the probable land required for the station being submitted to the Borough Council last evening. The plan showed the station yards to be almost three-quarters of a mile long and four and a half chains wide. The station platform is to be almost 350 yards long. The total land it is proposed to acquire, (according to map) will be approximately twice the size of the present station property. There was nothing to indicate the provision to be made for roading and this information was what the Council most required.
