LOGAN VERSUS LOGAN. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) HAMILTON, Monday. A decree nisi was granted by Mr Justice Herdman to-day on the petition of Gladys Constance Logan, of ’Hkanuna, against Martin Logan, farmer. of Hun ran. on the ground of resnondent’s refusal to obey an order for restitution of conjugal rights. Tt was simwn that the parties were married at. Whangarei in February, 1917, hv notitioner’s father, the Rev. ,T. Pattullo. i hero is one child of the marr’s <r e■ in nelitioner’s custody. Costs were allowed on the lower scale against respondent.
