(NOTICE is hereby given that the Te Awamutu Borough Council proposes to raise a special loan under the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913. The 'purpose for which the loan is required is to provide engines, machinery, and buildings for securing aisd promptly using .an efficient supply of water from waterworks in the Borough of Te Awamutu for extinguishing fires. The sum proposed to be borrowed £ISOO. 'The proposed security is a special rate of one-sixteenth of a penny in the pound; on the ratajble value of a'll ratable property in the Borough of Te Awamutu. The loan is to be for a period of thirty-six and a half years, payable, by half-yearly instalments under the provisions of Part I'll, of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913." with interest, at four and a half per centum per annum. NOTICE is hereby given that the Te Awamutu Borough Council proposes to raise a special loan under the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913. The purpose for which the loan is required is the construction of streets in the Borough of Te Awamutu, including forming, grading, metalling for the first time, tar sealing, arid channelling the same. The sum proposed to ,be borrowed is £26,000. The 'proposed security is a special rate of 13-16 d in the pound on the ratable value of all ratable property in the Borough of Te Awamutu. The loan is to he for a period of thirty-six and a half years, payable by 'half-yearly instalments' under the. provisions of Part I'll, of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, with interest at four and a half per centum per annum. PUBUIC Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the ;Te Awamutu Borough Council will be held at the Council Chambers, Te Awamutu, on MONDAY, the 11th day of September, 1922, at 7.30 p.m., for the purpose of cortfirming a resolution 'by way of special order passed at a special meeting of the said Council, held on the 14th day of August, 1922, raising a special loan of £3546 lis 6d for the purpose of extinguishing the antecedent liability of the said Council, such loan to ibe for a period of thirty-six and a half years, under Part 111. of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, with interest at four and a half per centum per annum, and to be secured by a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in 'the pound on the rata'ble value of all ratable property in the Borough of 'Te Awamutu.
