■' LAST SATURDAY'S MATCHES. The matches played on Saturday last resulted as follows: Seniors. Tokanui beat Pirongia, five to nil. Rovers defeated Hula, five to three. Juniors. Quin (Te Awamutu); forwards: E. Beet (Pirongia), G. Grace (Pirongia), Baggs (Huia), G. Maunder (Tokanui), E. Holmes (Rovers), A. Gallagher (Tokanui), S. Macky (Te Awamutu). Emergencies: forwards: Tamaki (Rovers); rover: J. Holmes (Rovers); five-eighth: T. Wilson (Tokanui) ; three-quarters: B. Clarke (Huia). and P. Kite (Tokanui).

FOOTBALL AT OTOROHANGA. (Own Correspondent). The Otorohanga seniors defeated Pio Pio seniors by 3 points to nil. The game was one of the finest ever witnessed at Otorohanga, the latter's team playing on exceptionally fine game. Parsons, Cosgrove, and R. Harty got over at different times, but their scores were not allowed. B. Clarke scored a penalty goal for Otorohanga, and the game ended: Otorohanga 3, Pio Pio nil, as stated. Mr ' Mossman refereed. Niho Niho seniors were .defeated by Te Kuiti, 6 points to 3, the match being played at Te Kuiti. In the juniors match, Niho Niho v. Otorohanga, some really good play by both sides was witnessed, but the game ended in favor of Niho Niho, by 3 points to nil, Weka Wi being the scorer for the visitors. Mr H. Osmond was referee.-
