The quantity supplied upon any occasion for consumption on the premises not to exceed one gill of wine, half a gill of spirits, or one glass of malt liquor for each person. “ Persons using obscene or profane language, talking loudly, or in any way misconducting themselves, cannot be served at any time or under any circumstances whatever.

“ Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times and under all circumstances.”
