HAMILTON BAND DISPUTE.
(By Telegraph—Special to Post.) HAMILTON, This Day. Reserved judgment was given in the Supreme Court to-day in the - case concerning the 16th Regimental Band and the Municipal Band. The decision is in favour of the Regimental Band n all of the points' in the dispute. * The case arose out of a band sev-%1 erance three ryears ago, during which time it has been before Parliament, and has covered a long series of actions in the Courts.
