"KENT, THE FIGHTING 3IAN."
Judging by the keen interest shown it is safe to predict a crowded house at the Empire Theatre to-morrow evening to see the screening of Geo. Edgar's famous sporting story, " Ken the Fighting Man." The picture features the ex-champion English heavyweight boxer, Bombardier Wells. The picture version lends itself to improvement on the book, and the fight scene between Batten and Kent is very well done. The mounting and dressing have been carried out regardless of expense. The supporting pictures feature Charlie Chaplin in a two-reel comedy entitled, "A Night with Charlie," " Travels in Japan," and an Arbuckle comedy. Reserved seats may be secured at Gifford's.
