CLU3 MEETING
There was a very large attendance at the annual meeting of the above club, which was held at Hamilton o;i Friday and Saturday! A sum of £18,529 passed through the totalisator for the two days, an increase of nearly £SOOO on last year's figures. The following are the results:— FIRST DAY. District Hack Handicap—Lady Thorn I, Union Jack 2, Peri:i3. Flying Handicap—Urukehu I, Bow Bells 2, Jena 3. SECOND DAY. Maiden Handicap—Sahia I, Barb wire s, Gjneva ;. Shorts Handicap—Lucille I, Positive 2, Mighty Atom 3. Hurdle Handicap—Sunray I, Ambergris 2, Seaman 3. Waikato Handicap—Maxwell I, Phosphorus 2, Jolie Fille 3.
