MILLION POUNDS APPEAL
TO-DAY’S DONATIONS. The following additional contributions to the Million' Pounds Fund have been received by the Mayor:—
In the radio appeal list published in Friday’s issue the donation of £5 under the name of Mrs W. H. Rathbone should have been credited to Mrs H. M. Rathbone.
TIKOKINO FUND. SHEEP AND CATTLE DRIVE. Settlers in the Tikokino district: who intend making'donations of cattle for the drive in aid of the Patriotic Fund are requested to get into touch as early as possible with Mr Ashworth, ’phone 65M, whilst any member of the committee will arrange to receive donations of sheep.
