REPORTS OF INSPECTORS. Following is a synopsis of last month's reports of the Rabbit Board’s inspectors operating in this district:— Inspector Campbell.—Signs on Seheele’s, August’s and saw one on Dillon’s. Saw one in the hotel paddock at Patangata. Saw one at the homestead on St. Lawrence, killed one on Amott’s, saw five below the Tamumu bridge and one on property of Fleming Bros. Saw one on C. Pattison's. Killed one and saw one in the rough paddock on Monckton’s, killed one, saw one and got a nest of six on A. AAL Elliott’s. Signs about the bush on Jamieson’s and R. Johnston’s, killed one and got a nest of three on Telford’s. Killed two and got a nest of six at Motuotaraia. Killed one, saw two and got a nest of four on Clarke’s. Killed two on McNutt's. Signs on Symes’ and saw one. Saw one on S. Hansen’s, killed one and saw three others on Mount Spencer and killed two on Coates’. Saw signs on Mount Herbert. Inspector AAL Murison. —Started two on Ashcott homestead, traces on AV. Smith’s and started two on Nelson’s. Started one on traces on Dampney’s and G. Miles’. Signs on Rosvall’s, same on Severinsen’s and killed one on Milne’s. Started four on McKay’s. Started one on the Hutchinson estate, two on E. Thompson’s and saw traces on Boyle’s. Started one on Howe’s, also one and killed a stop of five on Lowe's and traces on Riddell’s. Signs on Tilley's. Traces on Hobson's and Craig’s, same on James’, Senk’s, Elliott's and Sherry’s. Signs on Illsley’s, Heald’s and Kaithness’. Same on Prescott’s and Davidson’s. Started one on Boyle’s. Traces on Stephenson’s, started three on Meinung’s and one on Ryan’s. Traces and killed a stop of five on Mullinder’s and saw signs on Evans’. Traces on Mclntosh’s and killed one and started an-
other on S. Thompson’s. Started three on native sections (late Snee’s), two on Allan’s and one on the Limpus estate. Traces on Cook’s, also McLean’s and started two on the Limpus estate. Traces on O'Callaghan’s. Same on White’s. Started two on Tasma’s, signs on Douglas’ and Smith’s, started one on Henderson’s and traces on McKay’s, Gilhooley’s, King’s and Butler’s. Traces on Sullivan’s, same on Blake’s and on land opposite Paddy’s. Traces on A. Cook’s, R. Cook’s and C. Severinsen’s. Killed two runners on A. R. Jensen’s. Signs on Harris’, Walters’ and Cook's and killed a runner on H. Cook’s. Signs on Barlow’s, Foulds’, and Lougesin’s. Started one on Poporangi and one on AVakarara station. Traces on Fred and George Simmonds’, started three on Georgetti and Stewart’s “sale block’’ and one on Wakarara station. Started two and killed two runners on J. Matheson’s. Started seven on Georgetti and Stewart’s and one on H. Addis’. Killed a runner on A. Hutt’s.
