The death took place at Wellingto yesterday of Mr J. J. Pratley, son c Mr Joseph Pratley, of Waipawa. Th deceased, who had reached the age n 39 years, was, before the war, in th employ of the Hawke’s Bay Eduq tion Board. On his return he was ri engaged by the Board, but his systei bad been so shattered by his exper cnees that he was unable to concei Irate on his work, and his conditio gradually become worse. The funen is to take place to-morrow aftemooi leaving the Methodist Church at 2.1 p.m.
