SIX MEN DROWNED. NEW YORK, October 31. At Chicago six sailor* on hoard the ore carrier Senator were drowned when she collided with the steamer Marquette in the middle of the forenoon during a dense fog. The Senator was an old time iron ship, and filled immediately and sank in ten minutes. The Marquette rescued three and a passing schooner nine others. The Great Lakes casualty list during recent storms amounts to 115.
