GERMAN REPARATIONS.

FIXING INDEBTEDNESS. (Electric Telegraph.—Copyright). WASHINGTON, Dec. 19. Mr Mellon did not believe the question of inter-Allied debts would be involved in such a rearrangement.—(A. & N.Z.)
