General Doroskevsky. Dukes and Duchesses Migrating. Killed and Wounded. Count Witte. [United Press Association] (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, September 18. An unknown assailant with a revolver wounded General Doroskevsky, a member of the court-martial of Warsaw, The murder of Busch, a German subject., residing at Riga, and a wealthy manufacturer, has led the Germans to make a long remonstanco with Russia. A special ltoyal train from Russia passed through Berlin for Brussels and Paris. According to two Berlin newspapers it contained several Grand Dukes and Duchossos migrating in order to escape assassination. Ofiicial telegrams announco that for the four duys ended September 15th, 8 soldiers, policomon and ofiicials and 88 privato individuals wore killed, while 7 soldiers, policomon and officials and 138 private persons were wounded in armed encounters in Russia; seven mansions and 81 housos wore burned ; 2G persons sentenced to death, and 17 to penal servitude; 1G soldiors and police and 4 civilians woro killed during robberies ; and 8 persons wero killod in disturbances in prisons. Count Witte is undergoing an operation for polypus in the throat.
