The Passenger* Landed. A Tidal Phenomena.

The Manchuria. LONDON, Sept. 18. The Pacific Mail Company's Mongolia, from Hong':ong, is ashore oa Midway Island, in the Pacific. Tbs hull is pierced, and the bow is resting on rocks. The passengers wore landed, and the cargo is being discharged by lighter. The accident was due to the tidal phenomena. The value of the Mongolia’s cargo far exceeds that of the steamer Manchuria, which wont ashore on Hawaii rjcently. The latter vessel is being relloated.
