LONDON, May 1. The Russian Government has decided to remove, under the decree conceding liberty of worship, the restriction against Orthodox dissenters, Roman Catholics, Mohammedans, and Bhuddists. The religious reforms are received fith enthusiasm as heralding the concession of political liberty. The Daily Mail's St Petersburg correspondent states that no religious relief has been granted to the Jews.
