THIS DAY. (Before Mr Tarnbnll, S.M) CIVIL CASES. P. H. Jolley v James Lee, claim of £5 2b lid, bread supplied ; judgment by default for fall amount and 18s 6d costs. Robert Hall v Eeita Ropiba, claim of £3O 5s 6d for carting, &o ; Mr Lae for plaintiff ; judgment by default for full amount and 23s costs of court, 2s 6d translation, 24s plaintiff's expenses, 31a solicitor's fee. CRIMINAL. Kristian Dennison appeared to answer a summons obarging him that he did on 21st October last, at tbe Te Ante railway station, use obscene language. A farther information was also laid that he was drank at tbe same time and place. Charles Hyde and William Pickering gave evi dence Tbe first inforamtion wae with drawn by leave of the Court, and on tho second charge Dennison was fined £1 and 19s Gd costs, in default one week’s im priaonment in Napier gaol. The warrant was impended for one week.
