FOUND WITH HIS THROAT CUT Received 11.38 a.m. 17th. London, February 16. A motorist spread terror for several hours in Wiltshire by rushing at high speed in various directions, threatening people with a revolver and defying the police. The police ineffectually chased the car, as it reappeared, but subsequently arrested Lee Bond, agesj 23-, at his residence, Lydhufst. Bond was discovered in a cellar with his throat cut, and in a critical condition.

The chaffeur declares that he drove Bond under threats of murder.
